Designer Dominic Smith was born in Brighton, United Kindom.  He studied Law in Northampton before leaving it all behind to pursue his passion for show design.

 

His first design gig was as lighting designer for a small UK band called the Cooper Temple Clause.  Since then he has spent the last 15 years designing and programming shows and is now a highly sought after show designer and lighting director.

 

He likes his projects to have a sense of the theatrical, and is constantly striving to embrace new technology in his designs.

 

Dominic has worked with many artists including Alicia Keys, Embrace, Editors, The Pet Shop Boys, Il Divo, and most recently Rihanna.
